A Bangkok practice built around careful financial audit of how invoices are applied — not around selling software or billing products.
Why we exist
Invoice volumes rose faster than many finance teams could train new clerks. We started API Route Grid after watching year-end closes stall on the same questions: Was this invoice applied to the right period? Did the credit note reverse the correct application? Where is the receipt that supports the posting?
Our work stays close to those papers. We are an audit and advisory practice for invoicing applications, based in Khlong Toei and serving entities across Greater Bangkok.
Working approach
We prefer small fieldwork teams, clear sample rationales, and findings written so an AP clerk can act on them the same week. We do not pad reports with generic control language. If a binder is missing, we say so.
Engagements often sit beside a statutory audit rather than replace it. Controllers hire us to tidy invoice application evidence before the external firm arrives, or to answer a specific query the firm has already raised.

Somchai reviews working papers for cut-off logic and consistency with Thai financial reporting practice. He also trains junior reviewers on exception writing.

Maliwan traces supplier packets, photographs evidence when permitted, and maintains the exception register during busy year-ends.

Thailand context
Many of our clients operate bilingual invoice packs — Thai tax invoices alongside English commercial invoices for group reporting. We plan sampling time for translation checks and for the extra steps that come with multi-entity VAT groups in Bangkok.
