This policy applies to professional engagements for financial audit of invoicing applications and related advisory booked with API Route Grid. It does not cover physical product sales; we do not sell goods through this site.
Booking deposits
A 30% deposit holds fieldwork dates. Deposits are confirmed in the engagement letter or booking email.
Full refund of deposit
You receive a full deposit refund if you cancel in writing at least 10 business days before the agreed fieldwork start, and we have not begun substantive preparation (sample design from your data, travel booking, or document indexing).
Partial refund
Cancellations between 9 and 3 business days before start receive a 50% deposit refund, reflecting preparation already performed. Cancellations with fewer than 3 business days’ notice forfeit the deposit.
Non-refundable items
- Fees for working days already delivered
- Third-party costs we paid with your approval (for example courier of binders)
- Completed final memoranda and issued exception registers
Work already started
If fieldwork has begun, fees are due for days worked and for a proportional share of the engagement fee covering completed testing. Unused prepaid amounts for future remediation weeks are refundable within 14 business days of written cancellation.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 5 business days’ notice, subject to our team availability. Later reschedules may require a new deposit if the original slot cannot be filled.
No-shows
If your site contact is unavailable on the start date without notice, and records are inaccessible, that day is billable and the deposit may be applied to it.
Refund process and timing
Email info@apiroutegrid.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used for the deposit or fee.
Exceptions
Force majeure events that prevent either party from performing may lead to mutual rescheduling or a goodwill refund decided case by case. Statutory rights under Thai law remain unaffected where they apply.
